Bestal Hr is hiring for a Sales Supervisor role to oversee the shop floor and drive daily sales across our retail locations in Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Retail/Fashion/Sportswear, with proven leadership as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to deliver excellent store experiences. Experience in stock management is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience as a Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the sales team on the shop floor.
Drive daily sales and achieve store targets.
Guide the team on customer handling and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance and sales KPIs.
Ensure excellent customer service and store experience.
Support stock management and inventory activities.
Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
