Job summary

Aquaproof Wallcare in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, drive targets, and uphold quality, safety, and efficiency across the line.

You will lead a production team, ensure adherence to processes, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced building materials environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in building materials, construction chemicals, paints, waterproofing, or similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.
