LunarEdge IT Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and quality-focused Supervisor – QM/QS (Quality Management Systems) to oversee operational activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive the efficient execution of assigned projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory capabilities, sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and mandatory certifications issued by the Indian Armed Forces. The role requires effective team coordination, quality assurance, and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with management and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train and guide team members on quality and compliance requirements.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Mandatory Certifications

• Supervisory Certificate (issued by the Indian Armed Forces)
• QM/QS – Quality Management / Quality System Certification (issued by the Indian Armed Forces)
