Adani Group is seeking a Superintendent - Operations CSD & Ancillaries to manage the operation and maintenance of support crafts, ensuring daily readiness and optimal fleet performance. Education required includes a Diploma in Mechanical/Civil or a B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil, with 5–10 years in CSD & Ancillaries.

Responsibilities

• Optimize deployment of support craft, monitor O&M activities, and oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment.
• Manage material requisitions, coordinate supply, monitor inventory, support RCA and CAPA implementation, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure adherence to schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize failures.
• Maintain technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete required documentation and certifications on time.
• Develop and implement RCA and CAPA procedures, monitor adherence to schedules, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and optimize budgets for CSD asset maintenance and projects and contribute to policy development for asset management.
• Conduct emergency drills, emphasize safety compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
• Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
