The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience reviewing and editing subtitles or closed captions to ensure accuracy, timing, and compliance with project guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with subtitling tools such as Subtitle Edit to review and edit subtitles/closed captions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
• Sync closed captions accurately with audio and video timing.
• Handle fast‑paced dialogue, overlapping speech, and background noise while maintaining tone and context.
• Meet strict deadlines for 8 shows (plus weekend shows) and be available 6 days a week to answer queries and correct minor changes after shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in subtitling/closed captioning.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Fluency in understanding and typing Hindi & English language.
• Understanding of regional dialects, idioms, and cultural nuances.
• Strong grammar and spelling skills for Hindi and English.
