Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

• To execute Electrical works of 765 / 400 kV Substation with required productivity as per timelines, cost & quality parameters.
• Ensure zero harm & adhere to all processes.

Site Management & Execution

• Overall site management for substation projects from erection to commissioning.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for smooth project progress.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules and execution plans.

Project Monitoring & Coordination

• Monitor project progress against planned milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Conduct regular review meetings and resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare execution plans and monitor project deliverables.
• Verify and process contractor and company RA bills on a monthly basis.
• Prepare project reports, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
• Track project costs and material consumption.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Implement and monitor QC systems and quality control procedures at site.
• Inspect supplied materials and workmanship for compliance with specifications.
• Ensure electrical erection, testing, and commissioning activities comply with approved FQP and quality standards.
• Witness site testing activities and certify test reports.

Educational Qualification:

BE / B. Tech – Electrical.

Experiences:

• Minimum 5-12 years of experience in Substation Electrical Works execution.
• Knowledge of Execution and commissioning – Substation Electrical Works.
• Knowledge of IS / IEC Codes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Protection System /Numerical Relays / Substation Automation System.
