Responsibilities

• Domain Leadership & Technical Excellence: act as the domain expert for assigned discipline.
• Define and benchmark quality standards; raise technical depth and accuracy.
• Review complex designs, calculations and deliverables with zero compromise.
• Coaching & Capability Building: mentor engineers and create structured learning paths.
• Create training modules, SOPs and technical videos; conduct knowledge sessions.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency: identify bottlenecks and drive automation.
• Customer Engagement & Discovery: participate in customer discovery and pre-sales support.
• Ownership & Accountability: ensure TP success and no skill-gap related losses.
