ETS is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (Trainer) to lead state-level capacity-building initiatives in Numeracy from Ka-Sreni to Grade 5. You will design assessment frameworks, develop training modules, and collaborate with DIETs, SCERT faculty, and internal teams to strengthen assessment literacy and data-informed practices.
The role emphasizes alignment with national education reforms and robust evaluation of training impact, ensuring equity and accessibility across diverse classrooms.

The Subject Matter Expert (Trainer) will bring deep academic and technical expertise to state-level capacity-building initiatives focused on strengthening Numeracy (FLN) across Ka-Sreni to Grade 5. The role will contribute to the design, delivery, and institutionalization of assessment-led improvement efforts, with a strong emphasis on assessment design, framework development, and effective use of data.
The position will support teachers, DIETs, and SCERT faculty through high-quality training modules covering school-based and large-scale assessments, pedagogy, and data-informed instructional practices, aligned with state priorities and national education reforms. The SME will collaborate closely with internal teams and external experts to strengthen sustainable assessment and training systems.
