ETS is seeking a Trainer (Assessments) in Delhi to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy through capacity‑building modules for teachers and SCERT/DIET staff, with a focus on assessment design and data use.
The role requires planning and delivering training programs, mentoring field personnel, and ensuring alignment with state strategies and NEP 2020 reforms, delivering hands‑on content and SOPs for sustained impact.

The Trainer will demonstrate academic knowledge and skills in capacity building effort with focus on strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) across grades Ka-Sreni to grade 5. The role will contribute to the design and delivery of capacity‑building initiatives for teachers, DIETs, and SCERT officials/ faculty, with a strong emphasis on assessment‑led improvement, including assessment design and framework development. The position will contribute to development of training modules on school‑based and large-scale assessments, pedagogy, and effective use of data. The role will support institutionalization of assessment and training practices aligned with state priorities and national education reforms.
The trainer must also be a strong team player, working with internal groups as well as outside experts in their field of specialty.
