The Assessment Expert serves as a senior psychometric and educational measurement leader, providing technical and strategic direction for large‑scale education assessment initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring that ETS‑led and ETS‑supported assessments are psychometrically sound, policy‑relevant and operationally successful for external clients—particularly government and public‑sector education bodies. You will lead and oversee statistical design, psychometric analysis, research studies and technical advisory work, while representing ETS India as a trusted expert partner. The role includes team leadership, mentoring, capacity building and close collaboration with ETS global experts and headquarters teams.
