Job summary

ETS is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Invigilator in Delhi to monitor live online exams for schools and clients, ensuring security and compliance with policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and English proficiency.

You will verify candidate identities, communicate exam instructions, and promptly report any irregularities, working in a 24/7 rotation with night and weekend shifts. Cab service is provided for off-hours travel.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Invigilator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll monitor live online exams for schools, clients, and organizations—ensuring each session runs smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with ETS policies.

You’ll verify candidate identities, uphold exam protocols, and flag any irregularities with care and professionalism. Your vigilance helps protect the integrity of our assessments and supports a fair testing experience for every learner.

This is a rotational shift role in a 24/7 operation. ETS provides one-way cab service during off-hours.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor live exam sessions to ensure academic integrity
• Verify candidate identity and confirm eligibility and environment requirements
• Provide clear instructions before the exam begins
• Report or elevate any suspicious behavior or rule violations
• Assist candidates with basic technical issues during the test
• Uphold ETS’s standards for conduct, professionalism, and fairness

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• High level of integrity and impartiality
• Basic computer proficiency, including hardware setup and driver checks
• Clear, assertive communication skills
• Patience and focus to remain engaged during long exam sessions
• Ability to read, understand, and explain exam rules
• Fast and accurate typing skills for logging incidents
• Proficiency in English—spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting abilities
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends

Education & Experience
