Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our Gurgaon operations. The role requires building value arguments with Ops/Training, tracking corrective actions, and improving processes and tools.

You will interact with staff at all levels, empathize with customers, and apply problem-solving techniques to deliver results. The ideal candidate is graduate, highly independent, with strong MS Office skills, time management and excellent communication abilities, including social media exposure

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer relations or similar role desirable.
• Ability to track deliverable dates, deadlines and reminders.
• Develop and track corrective action plans.
