Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new teachers and ensure they conduct classes properly.
• Provide classroom management training to teachers.
• Conduct daily trainings for teachers.
• Ensure minimum two teaching periods daily.
• Review notebooks and track corrections across teachers; report gaps.
• Fill in for absent teachers as needed.
• Lead daily two-hour training sessions for Pre-primary staff and aides.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring all new teachers are properly set and taking classes properly
• Teaching the teachers on classroom management skills
• Taking trainings of teachers everyday
• Have to take minimum 2 periods everyday
• Correct a good number of notebooks everyday / track which all teachers (of their subject) is lacking in corrections and maintain the report and ensure the lagging corrections are updated
• Fill up for any teacher who is suddenly missing
• Pre-primary HOD has to take 2 hours of training sessions everyday : teachers and maids

Preferred candidate profile

• Teaching experience of at least 3-5 years in their subject (secondary teaching experience for (Maths / English)
• Should have been open to travel to the branches.
• If they have been HODs for at least 1 year (that would be preferred)
