Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a seasoned Head of Analytics to define and drive enterprise analytics and data strategy across business units in India. You will build a data-driven culture, champion AI initiatives, and establish governance frameworks while guiding the Analytics & Data Science Center of Excellence.

Lead senior teams, partner with the CTO to shape technology platforms, and deliver measurable business impact through analytics-led interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
• 15–20+ years in Analytics, Data Science, BI, Data Management, or Digital Transformation with at least 8 years in senior leadership.
• Insurance/BFSI experience preferred.

Enterprise Data Strategy, AI/ML, Generative AI, Predictive Modeling, Cloud Analytics Platforms, Data Governance, Data Lakes, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python, R, MLOps , and Customer Analytics.
