Managing all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and designing of products. Collaborating with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive design plans, concepts and prototypes.

Maintaining high quality and delivering a positive user experience can be challenging in a complex and rapidly evolving environment Working within the strict infosec guidelines, rules and laws that govern the financial services sector.
Understanding the process and delivering the same to the standards of the organization.
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Major Challenges:
With such a diverse team, communication has to be seamless. Even excellent product roadmaps can fall apart due to misunderstandings and miscommunication.
