Job summary

Ole Solutions Bangalore is seeking a seasoned Purchase & Sub-Contract Manager with 10+ years in precision machining to lead RM vendor development and drive procurement excellence. The role covers indirect purchasing, cost control, and adherence to import/export norms, leveraging ERP systems.

You will pioneer RM norms, fix vendor prices, assess machining vendors (CNC, VMC, grinding), and coordinate heat treatment and surface treatments while ensuring accurate material reconciliation and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in precision machining industry.
• Expert in RM purchase vendor development.
• Experience with Import/Export norms.
• Strong costing expertise.
• Proficient in ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Establish RM norms to purchase / control.
• Vendor process with price fixation.
• Vendor assessment and evaluation for machining processes (CNC, VMC, Grinding).
• Oversee heat treatment and surface treatments.
