Job summary

Safran in Hyderabad is seeking a Supply Chain professional with 4–10 years of experience to manage procurement, sub-contracting, and MRP analysis. You will coordinate PR to PO, track outbound/inbound shipments, and ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs.

You will maintain SAP material master records, allocate parts to orders, and develop KPIs on supply performance while collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sub-contracting, and MRP analysis.
• Proficient with PR to PO processes and logistics follow-up.
• MS Office proficiency; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track the coverage of external repair parts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes to ship out parts for repairs.
• Verify repair quotes and technical reports to amend POs.
• Update SAP material master records and allocate parts to orders.
• Define and deliver KPIs on supply performance and communicate with stakeholders.
• Interact with logistics partners and monitoring teams for ETA and critical parts.
• Maintain healthy supplier relationships for long-term association.

Job description

• Track the coverage of external repair parts
• Generate Purchase order and Delivery Note to ship-out part for repairs
• Verify Repair Quote and Technical report to amend the PO.
• Track the material until it is received at the facility on-time.
• Create and healthy relationship with Suppliers for long term association.
• Track the availability of Used/Standard exchange parts and secure necessary approval to avoid production stoppages.
• Should be well versed with the metrics to track coverage
• Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments
• Interact with Supply chain monitoring team to give feed back on ETA and critical parts
• Updating SAP material master records.
• Perform the transactions to allocate parts on the right order / project and ask for arbitration if needed
• Define & deliver KPIs on supply performance
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates.

Skills & Qualification:

System:

• Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Sub-contracting, MRP analysis, PR to PO, Outbound/Inbound shipment follow-up, Logistics.) and relevant tools.
• MS Office Tools
• Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage
