Job summary

SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage procurement, sub-contracting, and ERP data processes. You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and drive performance metrics within a global supply chain environment.

The role requires hands-on SAP MM, strong communication, and teamwork abilities, with experience in procurement and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and timely

Qualifications

• Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes and relevant tools.
• Procurement and Sub-contracting experience to support external suppliers.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track the coverage of external repair parts and manage supplier relationships.
• Generate purchase orders and delivery notes for repairs and shipments.
• Verify repair quotes and technical reports to amend POs when needed.
• Monitor material flow until on-time receipt at the facility.
• Interact with logistics partners to track shipments and ETA.
• Maintain SAP MM master data and allocate parts to orders or projects.
• Define and deliver KPIs on supply performance and stakeholder updates.

Descriptif mission

• Track the coverage of external repair parts
• Generate Purchase order and Delivery Note to ship-out part for repairs
• Verify Repair Quote and Technical report to amend the PO.
• Track the material until it is received at the facility on-time.
• Create and healthy relationship with Suppliers for long term association.
• Track the availability of Used/Standard exchange parts and secure nécessaire approval to avoid production stoppages.
• Should be well versed with the metrics to track coverage
• Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments
• Interact with Supply chain monitoring team to give feed back on ETA and critical parts
• Updating SAP material master records.
• Perform the transactions to allocate parts on the right order / project and ask for arbitration if needed
• Define & deliver KPIs on supply performance
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates.

Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (Procurement, Sub-contracting, MRP analysis, PR to PO, Outbound/Inbound shipment follow-up, Logistics.) and relevant tools.

• Proficiency in SAP MM
• MS Office Tools
• Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage
