Kushals Fashion Jewellery in Bareilly seeks a customer-focused retail associate to drive sales, assist customers with product selection, and maintain an appealing store presentation.

You will handle cash transactions, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and daily operations while delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships. Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is helpful, and adherence to SOPs ensures smooth, compliant store operations.

Formación

• Minimum HSC (12th) or Graduate with 2 years experience in retail
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building relationships
• Experience mentoring team members
• Experience handling cash and inventory management
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation and grooming standards

Requirements

building strong customer relationships
