Role Description The Study Abroad Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The counselor will guide students through the entire overseas education journey, including understanding their academic background, career goals, and country preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on suitable courses and universities, assisting with application documentation, coordinating test preparation guidance, and supporting students during visa filing and interview preparation. The role involves conducting counseling sessions, information seminars, and follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The counselor will also liaise with universities and partners, provide pre-departure briefings, and collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment and satisfaction targets.
