Job summary

Edwise International Bengaluru is seeking dynamic Academic Counsellors to guide students through their overseas education journey. The role focuses on clear communication, detailed documentation, and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.

Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply. You will counsel students on opportunities, guide them through admissions, visas, scholarships, and coordinate with universities to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Experience in overseas education, admissions, counselling, EdTech or customer counselling will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and career pathways.
• Guide students through the admission, application, visa and scholarship processes.
• Assist with documentation, including SOPs, LORs, resumes and financial documents.
• Advise students on scholarship opportunities, eligibility and application requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on pending documents and payments.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars and other student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
