Job summary

Global Study Abroad Consultant in Nashik invites an enthusiastic Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. You will counsel students on international education opportunities, assess profiles, and guide them through university shortlisting, applications, and visa documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of overseas education counselling or study-abroad operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, counselling, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student applications.
• Familiarity with documentation, application processing, and follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and stay updated with international education processes.

We are looking for a motivated, student-focused, and proactive Study Abroad Counsellor to join our growing team in Nashik!

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Profile Assessment

• Counsel students on international education opportunities, study destinations, courses, and career pathways.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, budgets, and eligibility.
• Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs based on individual student profiles.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and application timelines.

2. University Shortlisting & Application Processing

• Assist students in shortlisting universities and courses across 42+ countries.
• Guide students through admission requirements and application procedures.
• Coordinate the preparation, verification, and submission of application documents.
• Follow up with universities regarding applications, offer letters, and admission decisions.

3. Visa Guidance & Documentation

• Guide students through country-specific student visa requirements and documentation.
• Assist with visa applications, appointment coordination, and interview preparation, where applicable.
• Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Stay updated on relevant admission and visa procedure changes.

4. End-to-End Student Support

• Assist students with education loan procedures and coordinate with relevant financial institutions or partners.
• Provide accommodation guidance and coordinate flight bookings.
• Guide students on pre-departure preparations, travel requirements, insurance, and other relevant services.
• Support students and parents throughout the journey, from initial counselling to departure.

5. Student Relationship Management & Coordination

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate student records, application trackers, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with universities, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Track application progress and ensure timely completion of process milestones.
• Contribute to team goals, student satisfaction, and departmental growth.

Candidate Requirements

Salary & Compensation

Salary will be based on your relevant experience, skill set, ability to learn, and how quickly you adapt to the role.

Working Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Joining: Immediate
