The counsellor will assess eligibility, provide university information, and assist with shortlisting, applications, offers, and visa documentation.

• Assess student eligibility based on qualifications, English proficiency, study gaps, and other criteria.
• Assist students with university shortlisting, application processing, offer letters, and admission documentation.
• Coordinate with university representatives, admissions teams, and internal processing departments.
• Guide students regarding scholarships, financial planning, and visa documentation requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain records of counselling sessions and applications.
• Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling or study-abroad admissions preferred.

Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and lead-management skills.
