Job summary

Neuraleap Group in India is seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through career guidance, university/course selection, applications and visa processing. You will work closely with students and parents to provide accurate information and a seamless study abroad experience, coordinating with partner universities on timelines and documentation.

The role includes SOP/CV/LOR review, counseling sessions, scholarship and fee guidance, and attending education fairs to support

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in counseling, admissions, or study abroad services.
• Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL is required.
• End-to-end knowledge of at least 2 countries (UK/USA/Australia/NZ/Germany/Dubai/Ireland).

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments through counselling.
• Deliver counseling sessions and explain university/course options.
• Guide students in SOPs, CVs, LORs, and documents.
• Manage applications, track progress, resolve university issues.
• Advise on scholarships, fees, and admissions.
• Provide visa counseling and documentation support.
• Promote loans, forex, accommodation, insurance, and flights.
• Maintain student data and CRM records.
• Attend education fairs and student events.
• Participate in country-specific knowledge training.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field).
• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or study abroad services (mandatory).
• Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL is required.
• Must have end-to-end knowledge of at least 2 countries (UK/USA/Australia/NZ/Germany/Dubai/Ireland).
