StudyIn is seeking an experienced counsellor to guide students for higher studies abroad, focusing on universities in the UK, EU, and other destinations. You will counsel via phone and in person, tailoring course options to students' needs and assisting with visa guidance.

The role requires multitasking, strong English and local language communication, and the ability to meet targets while building relationships with universities and delegates.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree or above in any subject.
• 3–5 years of counselling experience in study abroad/overseas education.
• Excellent English and local language communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience with visa guidance and university liaison.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel students regarding universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the UK and EU.
• Counsel students over the phone, in person and provide assistance for various courses.
• Provide information on desired courses based on needs and aspirations.
• Ensure student profiles are compliant for higher studies abroad.
• Telephonic counselling on leads and invite them to the office for counselling.
• Regular follow-ups with the students and meet deadlines and targets.
• Be flexible and provide person-specific attention; assist with visa requirements.
• Meet foreign university delegates and represent the company at education fairs.
• Liaise with universities and university officers; maintain sales-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong communication and influencing skills.

Job role and responsibilities

• Advice/Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the UK and EU
• Counsel students over the phone, in-person and provide assistance for various courses suitable for them
• Provide information on desired courses, information based on needs & aspirations
• Ensuring the student profile is compliant for higher studies abroad
• Telephonic counselling on the leads from all the sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling
• Regular follow-ups with the students
• Flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
• Assist students with visa requirements
• Meet foreign university delegates
• Representing company during International Education Fairs and Events
• Liaising with universities and university officers
• Meet deadlines and targets
• Should possess sales attitude
• Good communication and influencing skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any subject

Experience

Three to five years of work experience as a Counsellor in Study abroad/Overseas Education industry
