Job summary

Skyline is seeking a detail-driven Studio Artist to support our creative team by producing and adapting high-quality visual assets for digital and print campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency.

You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and client services to understand briefs and timelines, manage multiple tasks, and deliver pixel-perfect layouts under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Studio Artist or in a creative production role (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Corel Draw; strong eye for color/typography.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and resize assets across formats for digital, social, and print campaigns.
• Execute layouts, image retouching, color correction, and final artwork with pixel-perfect accuracy.

• Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats for digital, social, and performance campaigns.
• Execute layouts, image retouching, color correction, and final artwork with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Ensure brand guidelines and visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and client servicing teams to understand briefs and timelines.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Educational background in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2 years of experience as a Studio Artist or in a creative production role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Corel Draw.
• Good understanding of digital ad formats and platform specifications.
• High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality or accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.
• Experience working on multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
