Job summary

Leap in Bengaluru is seeking a Student Session Coordinator (Intern) to join our counselling operations team. The role is the first touchpoint for students joining virtual counselling, welcoming them, verifying details, and assigning to counsellors to ensure a seamless 1:1 journey.

You will resolve basic technical issues, monitor wait times, escalate delays, and generate attendance and allocation reports, contributing to high operational efficiency in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.

Perquisites for this role include:

• Work Location: Office (as per business requirement)
• Working Time: 11 AM to 8 PM
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
