Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), under the Dr Kakarla Subbarao Centre for Health Care Management, has been running a full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Hospital Management) programme for the last twenty years.

Position

Student Counselor – PGDM (Hospital Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the lead generation process by identifying, nurturing, and engaging prospective candidates.
• Conduct tele-calling and counseling to convert prospective leads into walk-ins and admissions.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about the program features, curriculum, placements, and admission procedures.
• Maintain regular and structured follow-up with candidates via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels.
• Address applicant queries professionally and guide them throughout the admission cycle.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead management records, communication logs, and follow-up trackers.
• Prepare and maintain candidate data, follow-up status, and other admission-related reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets as assigned.
• Support admission events, campaigns, webinars, counseling sessions, and walk-in drives.
• Ensure all communications reflect ASCI’s professional standards and brand values.

Eligibility & Skills

• Any Graduate from reputed institutions (Essential).
• Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Desirable).
• 2–3 years of experience in student counseling, tele-calling, education sales, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong persuasion ability.
• Good command over English and Hindi; Telugu proficiency preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation with interest in guiding students.
