• Generate, capture, and maintain accurate lead data from college visits and interactions.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other channels.
• Prepare and maintain updated student data, outreach records, follow-up logs, and reports.
• Work towards achieving 100% of the assigned admissions targets.
• Work under the overall guidance of the Director and the Faculty In-Charge (Admissions).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and contribute to measurable admissions results for the AICTE-approved PGDM (Hospital Management) programme.
• Liaise and coordinate with Principals, Deans, Placement Officers, and faculty members of degree colleges (clinical, science, paramedical, life sciences, BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.).
• Fix appointments and conduct regular college visits in Hyderabad and other cities.
• Organize and support awareness sessions, student interactions, presentations, and promotional events.
