Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Solid customer service skills to respond promptly, courteously, and professionally to inquiries.
• Sound understanding of education systems and overseas study options.
• Bachelor’s degree; background in education, psychology, or counseling is an advantage.
• On-site work in Kochi; manage multiple student cases and documentation.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in student counseling or overseas education consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with students and families, understanding their academic profiles and aspirations, and providing individualized counseling on course selection, universities, and destination countries. The role involved explaining admission requirements, application procedures, documentation, and timelines, as well as coordinating with internal teams to support applications and visa processes. The Student Counselor will maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, follow up with prospective students, address inquiries in person, over phone, and email, and participate in seminars or events organized by the consultancy.

Salary Package

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
