Requirements

• Masters/PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or bachelor’s in aerospace/mechanical with a minimum of 4 years of experience in design and analysis of composite structures.
• Strong fundamentals in structural design, load calculations, aeroelasticity, FSI, and FEA.
• Well-versed in composite micromechanics and can design structural components for aerospace applications, particularly in the UAV domain.
• Ability to select required material and optimize different parameters such as thickness, layer orientation, etc. for the given application.
• Good understanding in the manufacturing of composite aircraft structures.
• Experience in working with composite sandwiched structures.
• Experience in static, dynamic, and thermal analysis of composite components and structures.
• Expertise in fatigue analysis for composite and metallic components (Both LCF and HCF).
• Expertise in FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, etc.
