Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Structural Fabricator to join our on-site fabrication team. You will fabricate and assemble structural steel components, read drawings, and ensure accurate dimensions and alignment for welding.

Candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication and construction projects, with the ability to work independently and with a team, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Structural Fabricator.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and construction projects.
• Ability to read basic structural/fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural steel components as per drawings.
• Read basic fabrication drawings, measurements, and layouts.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, and prepare steel materials.
• Fabricate beams, columns, frames, brackets, and supports.
• Perform fit-up, alignment, and positioning before welding.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, and fabrication equipment.
• Check dimensions, angles, and alignment for quality and accuracy.
• Carry out modification and repair work when required.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and other workers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
