You will read basic fabrication drawings, measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, and assemble beams and frames, perform fit-up and welding preparation, coordinate with welders and supervisors, and follow all safety procedures on site. Overtime and accommodation are provided.

Job Title: Structural Fabricator

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

We are hiring Structural Fabricators for Dubai. Candidates should have relevant experience in structural steel fabrication, fitting, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural steel components as per drawings.
  
• Read basic fabrication drawings, measurements, and layouts.
  
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, and prepare steel materials.
  
• Fabricate beams, columns, frames, brackets, and supports.
  
• Perform fit-up, alignment, and positioning before welding.
  
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting machines, and fabrication equipment.
  
• Check dimensions, angles, and alignment for quality and accuracy.
  
• Carry out modification and repair work when required.
  
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and other workers.
  
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Structural Fabricator.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication and construction projects.
• Good knowledge of cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and assembly.
• Ability to read basic structural/fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at construction/fabrication sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
