Role Summary

The Senior Structural Steel Design Engineer is responsible for leading the analysis, design, coordination, and delivery of structural steel systems for industrial, commercial, mission‑critical, and data center projects. The role requires extensive expertise in steel design, connection engineering, constructability, and project leadership while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, client requirements, and project schedules.

The position serves as a technical authority for structural steel engineering, providing guidance to project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging directly with clients, contractors, fabricators, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the structural analysis and design of steel structures including:
  • Data centers

  • Perform advanced structural analysis using:
