Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai invites applications for a Structural Design Engineering Manager. You will lead high-rise structural analysis and design, oversee RCC and steel layouts, and ensure IS codes and international standards compliance.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and external consultants, prepare calculations and reports, and drive technical decision-making across multidisciplinary teams to optimize project execution.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in high-rise building design.
• Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.Pro.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes and international practices.
• Experience handling large projects.
