Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai seeks a Chief Engineering Manager / Senior Structural Design Engineering Manager to lead the structural design of high-rise and mega projects, overseeing reviews and optimization of RCC systems with ETABS, SAFE and STAAD.Pro.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with clients and external consultants, ensure IS and international standard compliance, and drive technical decisions across multidisciplinary teams on complex structural issues in large programs.

Qualifications

• 16–20 years of core experience in structural design of high-rise buildings.
• Advanced proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes and international design practices.
• Proven track record leading design teams on mega projects.
