Job summary

Tata Consulting Engineers Limited in Dahej, Gujarat is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 8 to 12 years of industrial construction exposure to lead supervision of structural activities.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards while coordinating with engineering, construction, QA/QC and contractor teams to keep the project on schedule.

Candidates should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and strong knowledge of RCC and steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise structural construction activities, including foundations, RCC works, steel structures, and associated civil works.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and contractor teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Review structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction methodologies.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support during execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with stakeholders for timely project completion.
