Job summary

Brightbots in India seeks an experienced Solar Site Engineer to lead on-site execution across foundations, RCC work, structural erection and associated systems. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor QA/QC, manage drawings and billing, and ensure EHS compliance on remote project sites.

The role demands 5+ years of solar experience, strong team leadership, proactive safety mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

5+ years’ mandatory solar experience. Handle foundations, RCC, structural erection, rail/docking systems, QA/QC, contractor management, drawings, billing, EHS, site execution and client coordination. AutoCAD knowledge preferred; site-based role.
