Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural layouts and drawings per project requirements.
• Review equipment specs, GA, BoQ, estimates, and manufacturing drawings for PEB structures and related items.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to integrate civil designs with other systems.
• Ensure designs comply with IS/IEC standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve design issues during development and deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Job description

Key Responsibilities: -

• Expertise in AutoCAD functions, STAAD or Equivalent Tool.
• Knowledge of pile foundations, Transformer Foundations, Inverter Station Platforms, Main Control Room Design and drawing etc., well versed in IS and IEC standards.
• Knowledge of RCC room design, ICR foundation and canopy design, pile foundation design, transformer design, other small equipments foundation design such as metering cubicle, lighting pole, ESE LA, septic tank, fence, gate, boundary wall etc.
• Design and Development: Review & generate the equipment specifications, GA, BoQ, estimates, design & manufacturing drawings of PEB structure, RO plant and other bought out items.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and manuals. Preparation of detailed BOM for the design prepared and approved. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with all cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams, to integrate civil designs with other system components.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Stay informed about new standards and best practices in the solar industry.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design and engineering issues during development and deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as required.

Qualification Requirements:
