Ideal candidates have 6–20 years of offshore oil & gas or offshore wind experience, expert Bentley SACS skills, and a drive to deliver safe, efficient offshore assets from concept through to installation.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil, Structural, or Offshore Engineering.
• Experience: 6–20 years in offshore Oil & Gas or Offshore Wind structural design (EPC/EPCI context).
• Core Tool: Bentley SACS (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Perform static, dynamic, fatigue (spectral/deterministic), and pushover analyses using Bentley SACS.
• Execute design calculations for offshore jackets, topsides, platforms, and heavy-lift rigging.
• Conduct transportation, load-out, sea-fastening, and installation structural analyses.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and guide 3D modelers/draftsmen.
• Ensure full compliance with API RP 2A, AISC 360, DNV, and ISO 19902 standards.

Lamprell is expanding its offshore engineering team in Chennai! We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Structural Engineer with strong technical expertise in offshore structures and advanced proficiency in Bentley SACS.

Key Responsibilities:
