Job summary

City Corporation invites applications for the role of Structural Design Coordinator / Deputy Manager in its Planning department. You will lead design reviews of RCC/steel drawings and specifications, coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces, and support site execution with clear technical guidance.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years of experience with real estate developers or design consultants and is proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and BIM/Revit workflows.

Qualifications

• Education in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural design.
• 5–10+ years experience with real estate developers, PMC, or design consultants.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and BIM/Revit workflows.
• Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, and schedule tracking.

Responsibilities
