Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru, India, is seeking engineers with a strong background in mechanical or aerospace engineering for structural analysis roles. The candidate will perform analysis of metallic and composite aircraft components, covering static, fatigue and joint analysis, and use FEA tools to validate designs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and manufacturability, and contribute to aerospace project deliverables, drawing on fundamentals of materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in structural analysis of metallic and composite aircraft components and assemblies.
• Experience with static, fatigue and joint analysis.
• Experience with FEA tools Hypermesh, Patran and Nastran.
• Experience with Quality Notifications / Concessions and Repair Assessments.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: material properties, Free Body Diagrams, Loads & Analysis methods.
• Strong academic background with knowledge of Aerospace Domain.
• Good understanding of Strength of Material, Engineering Drawing and Manufacturing Process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct static, fatigue and joint analysis to ensure structural integrity.
• Utilize FEA tools such as Hypermesh, Patran and Nastran for simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Robust understanding of engineering fundamentals such as Material properties, Free Body Diagrams, Loads & Analysis methods.
• Strong Academic background with knowledge of Aerospace Domain.
• Good understanding of Strength of Material, Engineering Drawing and Manufacturing Process.
