PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategy Consulting – CTS to shape technology strategies for complex M&A engagements. You will work with global client teams to drive value through mergers, divestitures and restructuring while mentoring colleagues and upholding professional standards.

You will contribute to technology due diligence, integration planning, and digital transformation initiatives across deal lifecycles, collaborating with PwC teams to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Must have MBA degree and at least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing M&A technology strategies for integrations, separations, and carve-outs.
• Conduct technology due diligence to assess IT landscapes and identify risks and value creation opportunities.

As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – CTS, you will engage with global corporate clients to shape technology strategies that drive business value and success in complex mergers and acquisitions. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while managing and inspiring others through increasingly complex situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work with global PwC teams and client stakeholders to address complex business and technology challenges across the deal lifecycle.
