PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a seasoned Manager to lead end-to-end Integration/Separation workstreams within large deal programs. You will drive Day 1 readiness, planning for Day 100, and coordinate across Finance, IT, HR, and Supply Chain to realise value from mergers and divestitures.

We support clients through mergers, acquisitions,and divestitures by developing integration and separation strategies, driving Day 1 and Day 100planning, and ensuring effective execution across functional areas such as Finance, IT, HR,and Supply Chain.As a Manager, you will lead key workstreams across sign-to-close and post-close phases,including integration/separation planning, TSA design and execution, and program governance.You will manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment while tracking executionagainst value creation objectives. This role requires strong program management, problem solving,and stakeholder management skills to operate effectively in fast-paced dealenvironment and deliver successful transaction outcomes.
MBA in Finance/Strategy or related field from a premium B‑School
