Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced strategic operations leader to drive visibility of critical pursuits and executive-level interventions from Gurgaon, India. The role focuses on governance, analytics, and data-driven decision support across global stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives, while enabling AI-powered reporting and rapid improvement in delivery governance and performance.

Qualifications

• MBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, and Program Management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Expertise in growth strategy, business performance management, and exec decision support.
• Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and governance-based delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Deal Visibility & Executive Intervention Enablement .

• Drive visibility of strategic pursuits requiring executive sponsorship and leadership engagement
• Identify high-priority opportunities, risks, and escalation points across the deal portfolio
• Enable data-driven intervention through pursuit insights, governance, and action tracking

Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights.

• Prepare executive-ready dashboards, performance reports, and leadership presentations
• Support strategic reviews and decision-making through timely reporting and analysis
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights

AI, Automation & Innovation

• Drive AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity and decision-making
• Lead adoption of AI-powered reporting, dashboards, and business insights
• Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders in advancing strategic growth priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and business outcomes
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance discussions, and decision-making across key priorities

Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on quality and innovation

What Were Looking For:

• MBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, and Program Management. Professional Services or Consulting experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment
• Strong expertise in growth strategy, business performance management, and executive decision support
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence through effective governance and project management
