About the Role :

We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious, and execution-focused Strategy & Operations Associate to work directly with the CEO and CTO in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business transformation.

This role is ideal for professionals who started their careers in the IT industry and later pursued higher education from premier institutes such as IITs or IIMs. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating ideas into execution, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring critical initiatives are driven to successful completion. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Partner with the CEO and CTO to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Conduct market, technology, and competitive research to support business decisions.
• Build business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Program & Project Management

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Track key milestones, identify execution risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams.
• Follow up on action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.

Executive Office Support

• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Assist in board presentations, leadership reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Translate leadership discussions into actionable execution plans.
• Maintain governance for strategic programs.

Business Operations

• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve internal processes for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support organizational planning, resource allocation, and prioritization.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives across business functions.

Decision Support

• Develop analytical models for business forecasting and scenario planning.
• Present insights backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Recommend data-driven solutions for complex business problems.

Required Qualifications :

• MBA from an IIM or IIT or NIT (including second-generation IITs/IIMs) Required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Prior experience working in an IT services, product, SaaS, consulting, or technology organization.
