Qualifications

• Demonstrate experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the DRI.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end from identification to execution, measurement, iteration and scaling.
• Define initiative objectives, success metrics, and decision frameworks to establish clear progress.
• Develop structured execution plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders and accountability.
• Partner with Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations and Finance teams to align priorities.
• Monitor initiative performance using data and business outcomes, driving optimization.

You will own strategic initiatives from opportunity identification and problem definition through execution, measurement, iteration, and scale.
The role combines structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with teams across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and deliver meaningful results.
You will establish clear goals, success metrics, decision frameworks, milestones, and accountability mechanisms for critical initiatives.
Using data and operational insights, you will continuously evaluate performance, remove roadblocks, and identify opportunities to improve execution.

Accountabilities

• Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and developing business cases through execution, measurement, iteration, and scaling.
• Define initiative objectives, success metrics, expected business impact, and decision frameworks to establish clear measures of progress and outcomes.
• Develop structured execution plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for complex initiatives, maintaining ownership from initial problem definition through successful delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities, resolve dependencies, remove roadblocks, and drive execution.
• Monitor initiative performance through data, operational metrics, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable processes, operating mechanisms, and coordination frameworks that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution velocity and ensuring initiatives remain focused on measurable business impact.
• Use analytical insights to support decision-making while balancing rigor with practical, timely execution.
• Build strong working relationships across technical and business functions and influence stakeholders toward shared goals.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup environments, preferably at the intersection of technology and operations.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in management consulting, with demonstrated exposure to structured problem-solving and complex business initiatives.
• Demonstrate experience owning and driving complex cross-functional initiatives as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
• Have strong analytical capabilities and practical experience using SQL, Python, Excel, or comparable tools to support operational and business decision-making.
• Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, or another cross-functional operating role is preferred.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• An MBA is an advantage.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and demonstrate comfort working with ambiguity and limited direction.
• Have a strong ownership mindset and a demonstrated bias toward execution, accountability, and measurable results.
• Be capable of creating structure from complex or ambiguous problems and independently driving initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
