This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate (Platform - Nishad) based in India.

We are looking for a driven and analytical Strategy and Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence within a fast-growing, AI-focused technology environment. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact projects by combining data analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on project execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, data science, and go-to-market functions to help turn business priorities into actionable plans. Working closely with experienced professionals and senior leadership, you will gain exposure to key business decisions and organizational growth initiatives. You will also play an important role in identifying operational challenges, improving processes, and translating complex information into practical insights. Accountabilities

• Strategic Initiative Support: Assist in researching, analyzing, planning, and executing strategic projects and business initiatives. Help translate organizational priorities into structured plans and actionable recommendations.
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and generate insights to support informed business decisions.
• Project Management and Execution: Develop project plans, establish success metrics, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges, assess existing workflows, and contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and organizational performance.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance updates to communicate project progress, analytical findings, and recommendations to leadership.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across go-to-market, product, engineering, and data science to coordinate initiatives, resolve challenges, and drive progress toward shared business goals.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Bring structure to ambiguous business challenges by conducting research, organizing information, evaluating opportunities, and supporting the development of effective solutions.
• Business Impact and Growth: Take ownership of meaningful projects and contribute to operational effectiveness, strategic execution, and broader organizational growth.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analytics, consulting, or a related field is preferred, particularly within high-growth startups or consulting environments.
• Educational Background: Strong academic qualifications or demonstrated professional excellence in a relevant discipline.
• Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down complex challenges, identify relevant insights, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
• Data Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, interpret performance metrics, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Project Management: Understanding of project planning, business operations, performance tracking, and execution methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor deliverables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured presentations, communicate analytical findings, and engage effectively with different stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, establish productive relationships, and align stakeholders around common objectives.
