In this role, you will design and develop intelligent automation solutions using Python, generative AI, and AI-powered agents. Accountabilities

• Business requirements analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes and outcomes.

• AI application development: Design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python, ensuring solutions address real-world business needs.

• Intelligent process automation: Build and deploy automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency.

• Generative AI and agent development: Research, prototype, and implement generative AI models, large language model (LLM)-based solutions, and intelligent AI agents.

• Technical solution design: Translate business requirements into effective technical architectures and implementation plans for AI-driven applications.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product, and business teams to develop innovative solutions and support successful implementation.

• System performance and reliability: Ensure that deployed AI applications are scalable, reliable, efficient, and maintainable throughout their lifecycle.

• AI opportunity identification: Evaluate potential use cases for AI adoption across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other business functions.

• Continuous learning and innovation: Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Python expertise: Strong proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and automation.

• AI and machine learning knowledge: Solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including generative AI and its practical applications.

• Automation experience: Familiarity with process automation, intelligent workflows, and the development of solutions that improve business efficiency.

• LLM and AI agent integration: Experience building, deploying, or integrating AI agents and LLM-based applications.

• Requirements gathering: Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and design appropriate solutions.

• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop effective, practical solutions.

• Collaboration: Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment, partnering with technical specialists and business stakeholders.

• Communication: Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to document technical concepts and communicate effectively with colleagues.

• Preferred technical skills: Experience with AI agent development, Model Context Protocol (MCP), vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an advantage.
