Job summary

Google seeks a Strategist to own end-to-end design and execution of service and case management transformations across People Operations. You will partner with strategy, AI, and technical teams to translate vision into scalable models and launch GTM plans that drive adoption and value.

You will lead projects from concept to deployment, shaping future service strategies and infrastructure while guiding POps teams and Googlers through change.

Minimum qualifications:

About The Job

As a Strategist, you will own the end-to-end design and execution of service and case management infrastructure transformations across People Operations (POps). Partnering with business strategy, AI, platform, and technical teams, you will translate high-level vision into scalable operational models and launch targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans that drive systemic adoption and value. You will be adept at shaping and leading projects end to end, building for future state service strategies and infrastructure, and catalyzing change for POps teams and Googlers. Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, complex transformation initiatives from concept to deployment. Define strategies to address complex operational challenges, direct cross-functional teams without direct authority, and establish key performance metrics and post-launch governance to track long-term ROI.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical solutions. Author business cases and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that translate complex operational and service workflows into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions directly align with POps priorities.
• Drive GTM and holistic partner solutions. Establish two-way, closed-loop feedback systems between partner organizations and STACK. Drive the successful go-to-market (GTM) activation and rollout of new service solutions, while systematically channeling business priorities and user insights back to shape future roadmaps.
• Drive data-backed decision-making. Analyze POps service metrics and user feedback to identify system bottlenecks, measure transformation ROI, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
